We collect minimal information needed to operate the website and our apps:

• Website analytics: anonymized IP address, browser type, referrer, and pages visited via Cloudflare Web Analytics.
• App download analytics: when you tap a download button on our website, we log the app slug, marketplace, and source (hero/sticky/final) to measure which placements drive installs. No personal data is collected.
• Support emails: if you email us, we retain your message and email address for as long as needed to resolve your request.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, phone number, address, or government ID.
• We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or social media pixels.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. How We Use Information

• To measure website traffic and improve content.
• To count app downloads (anonymous tally; no personal identifiers).
• To respond to support requests you send us.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Website analytics are retained for 90 days in Cloudflare's logs. App-download logs are retained for 12 months. Support emails are retained for 24 months. After these periods, the data is automatically deleted.

5. Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare Pages — hosts our website and provides anonymized analytics (privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).
• Google Fonts — serves the Syne and DM Sans fonts from Google's CDN (no personal data).
• GitHub Pages (via Cloudflare) — stores the source code of this site (no personal data).
• Groq (for AI features) — when you use the AI Auto-fill tool in admin, the seed text and app name you enter are sent to Groq's API for content generation. They are not stored by us beyond the request and are subject to Groq's privacy policy.

We do not embed any third-party advertising, analytics beyond Cloudflare, or social widgets on the public site.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to any personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).
• Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India or your local supervisory authority.

7. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13. Our apps on Google Play may be rated for all ages; we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Dhanuk Softwares is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process data in any country where it operates data centers. By using our website or apps, you consent to such transfers as required for service delivery.
